Dr. Jocelyn Sheppard Joins CEPM Advisory Board

Jocelyn Sheppard, Ph.D., has been elected to the Advisory Board of the Center for Energy Policy and Management at Washington & Jefferson College. Dr. Sheppard is the Principal Consultant for Red House Consulting of Washington, PA, where she provides strategic planning, organizational assessment, business development, and project management services to organizations in the government, non-profit, education, and commercial sectors. Before forming Red House Consulting, Dr. Sheppard served as a strategic planner for the U.S. Department of Defense Biometrics Fusion Center, in Clarksburg, WV, and as the Manager of the Market and Technology Assessment Group at the National Technology Transfer Center, in Wheeling, WV.  Dr. Sheppard also has taught as an Adjunct Instructor at Washington & Jefferson College from 1990 to the present. She holds a B.A. from the University of Virginia and a M.L.S. and Ph.D. from the State University of New York/Buffalo. Dr. Sheppard will serve a three year term on the CEPM Advisory Board beginning on February 6, 2013.
