Sushi Night - April 25

Green Club will be hosting the 5th annual Sustainable Sushi Night during Earth Week on Wednesday, April 25th in the Rossin Ballroom. The event will begin at 7 p.m. and be open to all members of the W&J community until 9 p.m. Students, faculty, and staff will have the opportunity to sample sustainable sushi options while learning about sustainable sushi and seafood and how to use chopsticks.  Tasting portions of 5 different styles of sushi will be available. Join us anytime between 7 and 9 p.m. to learn about and taste sustainable sushi options and discover how you can incorporate them into your sushi eating habits!

The event is graciously catered by Parkhurst Dining Services and sponsored by the Sustainability Committee, the Student Activity Board, and the Asian Cultural Association.
