Science Education Program Visiting Scientist Program
The 2000 HHMI grant provides funds each year
for a famous scientist to visit the campus each
year. This affords students the opportunity to
interact with renown biomedical researchers and
professionals in the biomedical sciences.
Students have an opportunity to share in the
selection of the visiting scientist with faculty
and Phi Sigma (the Biological Honorary Society)
or Gamma Sigma Epsilon (the Chemistry Honorary).
