The Business Office and the Office of Business and Finance are committed to helping students, families, and our employees for all financial matters related to Washington & Jefferson College.
The Business Office serves W&J students, their families, and other offices and departments on campus by answering questions concerning student billing, accepting payments, cashing personal and payroll checks, processing invoices for payment, and by providing financial reports and analysis.
The Business Office is located on the ground floor of Thompson Memorial Hall and is open from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday from August 1st through May 31st. During June and July, all administrative offices close at 4 p.m.
The Office of Business and Finance, which is located on the mezanine level of Thompson Memorial Hall, houses our Chief Financial Officer, his administrative assistant, and the Department of Human Resources.
