Assistant to the Director of Intramural and Club Sports
Positions Open – 2
The Assistant to the Director of Intramural and Club Sports will assist in organizing, advertising, overseeing, and collecting data from various club and intramural sport activities. Tasks will include creating and hanging flyers, maintaining sports equipment, running and supervising intramural and club sport activities, keeping records of participation statistics, and making work schedules for Intramural referees. The Assistant will be required to work some evenings throughout the week during scheduled Intramural activities.
Club Ice Hockey Game Managers
Positions Open – 3-4
Club Ice Hockey Game Managers will be responsible for operating the admission table, operating the scoreboard, filming games, and keeping official ACHA DI stat sheet records at all home W&J Ice Hockey Games. Games are approximately three hours in length and there are 14 home games during the 2013-2014 season.
Intramural Sport Referees
Positions Open – 15-20
IM Referees are responsible for officiating all Intramural leagues and tournaments. Students with an athletic background are encouraged to apply. No officiating experience is required.
Head Intramural Sport Referees
Positions Open – 1-2
The Head IM Referee is responsible for officiating Intramural leagues and tournaments as well as overseeing all other IM referees. Students with an athletic background are encouraged to apply. Previous officiating experience is required.
