  • LIVE STREAM:  Can't be here?  The 2013 Baccalaureate and Commencement ceremonies will be streamed live on the web at http://www2.washjeff.edu/Live/.  Please note it will not be active until 30 minutes before each ceremony.

Facilities Available During the Weekend

Before the ceremony, the Barista will have continental breakfast items available for purchase. We will also have a Hospitality Center (with coffee, water, and restrooms) in the Technology Center. The tent will open for seating at 8:30 a.m.  Indoor viewing will be available in the Olin Fine Arts Center.

Following the ceremony, reception areas will be set up around Old Main. Refreshments will be served, and these areas will provide a comfortable and spacious setting for introductions, pictures, and farewells.

NOTE: No tickets are necessary for the commencement exercises.

Special Needs

Handicap parking will be available behind the Burnett Center and in the Technology Center parking lot.  For wheelchair seating arrangements, please contact the Office of Academic Affairs at 724 223-6006.
