Preference in the hiring process is given to students offered student employment in their financial aid package. These students are given a Work Authorization Form in their mailboxes that is proof of their eligibility to hiring supervisors. Students who are working on campus for the first time need to be sure that they have completed I-9 and W-4 forms (available in Human Resources) before a timesheet can be processed. Campus positions that are still available after the fair will be posted here and updated on a daily basis as offices and departments notify us of changes. Please check this site frequently.
Questions regarding the hiring process or employment eligibility can be addressed to the Office of Financial Aid by calling extension 6019 or sending an email to finaid@RemoveThisPart.washjeff.edu. More information regarding student employment can be found at Office of Financial Aid.
