The Business Office and the Office of Financial Aid are committed to helping students for all financial matters related to their college education.

The Business Office serves W&J students, their families, and other offices and departments on campus by answering questions concerning student billing, accepting payments, cashing personal and payroll checks, processing invoices for payment, and by providing financial reports and analysis.

The Business Office is located on the ground floor of Thompson Memorial Hall and is open from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday from August 1st through May 31st. During June and July, all administrative offices close at 4 p.m.

The Office of Financial Aid assists students in obtaining financial aid, processing loans, and obtaining campus employment.

The Office of Financial Aid is located on the third floor of the Admission House and is open from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday from August 1st through May 31st. During June and July, all administrative offices close at 4 p.m.

The Quik Pay e-billing and e-payments system for students and their families is up and running! Students can now log into their Datatel WebAdvisor account to view and pay their bills and to authorize and setup their parents or guardians as third-party payers with their own access to account information in the QuikPay system by clicking on this link: https://webadvisor.washjeff.edu/PROD/WebAdvisor
