Welcome to Information & Technology Services. The ITS Staff is available to meet the needs of current students in many ways. As members of the Campus community students can take advantage of general hosting services which include email, webspace and home drives. All of the public computing labs are open throughout the day and evening hours, and a 24 hour lab facility is maintained in the Technology Center.
Both wired and wireless network access is available across campus. Wired connections can be found in every classroom, every dormitory room, and most of the study and lounge areas. In addition, wireless network access is readily available in the Library, Burnett, the Technology Center, the Rossin/Commons complex and most outdoor locations.
Students can receive direct assistance through the ITS HelpDesk (helpdesk@RemoveThisPart.washjeff.edu, or ext. 6022). The HelpDesk can provide information on network connections, accessing email and home drives, using Blackboard and WebAdvisor, purchasing and upgrading your computer, and many other topics as well.
