We all know how much we get in our paycheck every pay period, but do we really know the value of our total compensation from the College? W&J provides valuable benefits such as a competitive retirement program and comprehensive healthcare options, as well as many other benefits, including tuition benefits and discount programs.

And while we may know what we, as employees, contribute to the cost of these benefits, we may not be aware of just what the College contributes.

We are pleased to provide an online Total Compensation Statement where we can view an up-to-date summary of current year compensation as well as benefit costs incurred by the College on our behalf. This statement can be found on Webadvisor similar to the pay advices.

Many factors go into total compensation, and while all of them cannot be addressed in a statement such as this, the most significant pieces are included. Our faculty and staff commitment to W&J is much more than just a job and we like to think that W&J o ffers much more than just a paycheck.

Instructions on Logging in and Viewing your Total Compensation Statement online:

-Sign on to W&J College

-In the second drop down menu on the upper right hand side marked Quicklinks, drop down and click on WebAdvisor.

-In the center of the top of the screen click on Log In.

-On this screen enter the same User ID and Password that you use to sign on your computer.

-Click the red highlighted Employee Box.

-Under Employee Profile, click on Total Compensation.
