He has presented his research at the American Philosophical Association, the American Comparative Literature Association, and the Marx and Philosophy Society, among other venues. Professor Roberts is the author of “Marx in Hell: The Critique of Political Economy as Katabasis” (Journal of Critical Sociology, 31:2, Spring 2005, pp. 37-53); and “Marx Contra the Democrats: The Force of The Eighteenth Brumaire” (Strategies: Journal of Theory, Culture & Politics, 16:1, May 2003, pp 51-64).
