Dana Shiller is an associate professor in the Department of English and currently serves as associate dean of Academic Affairs . She teaches a range of courses in 19th and 20th century British literature, including the victorian novel, British modernism, 19th and 20th century British women writers and contemporary British historical fiction. Her scholarly focus is Neo-Victorian studies, which explore the literary and cultural manifestations of the Victorian Era in contemporary life. Dr. Shiller's other teaching interests include Holocaust literature, nature writing, postmodernism and modern poetry. In the Gender and Women's Studies Program, she teaches both introduction to GWS and theories of gender.
