Note: The conference is now over! We look forward to your submissions next year at Mercyhurst College!!!!

To submit a paper or poster to the conference please fill out the form below.

Submissions are due Saturday March 30th.

You should only submit each project once. There are spaces for up to five authors on the form. If you have more than five, please email us with your title and the additional author's names. Please type your abstract in a word processor first, proof, spell check, and do a word count, and then copy it to the form below. Note that your abstract can have no more than 600 characters. Check your work carefully before you click on the submit button.

Note that you are also agreeing to stay at the conference the whole day. This helps us make sure that each session is well attended. If you make a mistake and submit incorrect information, please send an email to the address below ASAP and let us know exactly what you sent and your corrections. 

By filling out the submission form below, you will be automatically registered (please bring your $9.00 registration fee to the conference). However, your faculty sponsor and any co-authors MUST fill out separate registration forms. This will allow us to get an accurate count and will speed up registration the morning of the conference. Note that some fields are required, and that the form will not work if they are not completed. If you have difficulties using these forms from your computer, please email the following information to Dr. Timothy Klitz (use link at the bottom of the page).

NOTE: The abstracts should be 600 characters or less, NOT 600 words or less as indicated on some of the Call for Papers that were sent out! We are very sorry for any confusion (and extra typing!) this may have caused!
