We are committed to making our world-class liberal arts education affordable by offering generous merit and need-based assistance to our students. We recommend that all admitted students apply for financial aid so eligibility can be determined for the various programs available. Typically, 98 percent of W&J students receive financial assistance, and the average financial aid package is $30,100 for the fall of 2013 entering class. Furthermore, 80 percent of this assistance is gift aid, which does not have to be repaid. As you can see, our generous financial aid packages can make the cost of attending W&J competitive with many public institutions.
We also encourage you to review W&J's On-time Graduation Guarantee which promises that all students who meet the College's academic expectations will be able to graduate in four years.
Please contact any one of our admission or financial aid counselors with questions regarding the financial aid process, interpreting your financial aid package, or ways we can help you invest in your future. The Financial Aid FAQ also is available to help answer your questions.
We hope you will contact us so we can help you through this process.
