LAUNCH is W&J's program to help you meet your colleagues in the Class of 2017 and register for fall courses. You will also meet with an advisor to discuss your course selections for the fall and have an opportunity to attend to other items of business, such as talking to representatives from the Office of Financial Aid, the Business Office, and the Office of Student Life.
One of the first things you need to decide is which session of LAUNCH you prefer to attend and complete your LAUNCH Reservation Form. There are three sessions of LAUNCH. Space at each is limited, and your requests will be honored on a first-received, first-assigned basis. Should your first choice be filled, we will assign the second choice, etc. We do not register students for LAUNCH over the phone.
Regarding course availability, all LAUNCH dates are equal. No preference is given to students based on the LAUNCH session that they are attending. All Course Preference Forms are to be completed by May 20th. All student forms will be processed prior to any LAUNCH session in random order.
Beginning the first week in June, LAUNCH postcards confirming students' reservation dates will be sent out to students who have completed the reservation request form. The confirmation will include a complete schedule for the day's events.

There are two LAUNCH sessions held on campus during the month of June, and a third LAUNCH session held one day in advance of the start of Freshman Orientation in August.
