German Day 2008
is March 13 , 2008
at Washington and Jefferson College

Every year over 400 students from many schools in Western PA come to W&J's campus to compete in linguistic, artistic, and performance based competitions. What's the big deal? It is all done auf Deutsch!

Local students demonstrate their ability to speak the language, understand the culture, and have fun with a language spoken in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Luxemburg, and all over the world as a language of business.

Companies from Germany, Austria, and Switzerland employ many people in Western, PA and school programs in German help keep the connections alive. Come and see German Day for yourself!
