WE ARE BETTER TOGETHER: JOIN THE W&J INTERFAITH YOUTH SERVICE CORE
Washington & Jefferson College is pleased to announce our participation in The President's Interfaith and Community Service Campus Challenge, which is an initiative to advance interfaith cooperation and community service in higher education. Our participation in this challenge will come through our involvement with the Interfaith Youth Core and their Better Together campaign. The Interfaith Youth Core, inspires young leaders of different faith to work together to improve their communities.

The Better Together Campaign is transforming campuses and communities across the nation. The purpose of this campaign, which was founded by student leaders, is to mobilize college students to voice their values, engage with others, and act together to make the world a better place for everyone.

W&J is recruiting students to be a part of this initiative by becoming members of the W&J Interfaith Youth Core. Members of the youth core will:
- Participate in and plan service projects
- Engage in meaningful interfaith dialogue
- Be recognized as student leaders
- Participate in a national initiative
- Advance interfaith cooperation on campus
- Participate in leadership development opportunities
- Network with other student leaders from across the nation
