Friday
4:00 – 5:30 pm Registration. Meet your host and get settled. Admission House
4:00 – 5:00 pm Campus and residence hall tours depart from the Admission House every thirty minutes. Additional tours will be available on Saturday.
4:30 – 6:00 pm Parent Reception hosted by the Enrollment Advisory & Support Committee. Ski Lodge/Media Room, The Commons (Parents only)
6:00 – 7:30 pm Scholars’ Dinner. You are invited to join members of the W&J community for a delightful evening. Ballroom, Rossin Campus Center
7:30 – 11:00 pm Evening Entertainment. See the activity list enclosed in your registration packet.
11:00 pm Pizza Delivery! Expect a late-night snack delivered to the The Hub.
Saturday
8:00 – 9:00 am Registration. Ski Lodge, The Commons
8:00 – 10:00 am Continental Breakfast. Ski Lodge, The Commons
8:30 am Welcoming Remarks. Ski Lodge, The Commons
9:00 am – 1:00 pm Scholarship Interviews. (Time and location of your interview can be found on the agenda in your registration packet – you won’t receive this information until you arrive on campus)
9:00 am – 12:00 pm Financial Aid Office Hours. Appointments are not necessary. Admission House, 3rd Floor
9:00 – 9:15 am Financial Aid Updates, Media Room, The Commons.
9:15 – 9:45 am Alumni Panel Discussion. Come listen to alumni of W&J College discuss their time here as well as how it has prepared them for life after W&J! Media Room, The Commons
10:00 – 10:45 am “Life as a W&J Scholar” Panel Discussion. Learn more about the academic community at W&J. Media Room, The Commons. Facilitated by Alton Newell, Vice President for Enrollment
11:00 – 11:30 am Magellan Project and Study Abroad Discussion. Media Room, The Commons
11:00 am – 1:00 pm Campus and residence hall tours depart from the lobby of The Commons every thirty minutes.
