Areas of Study

Timothy Klitz is an associate professor in the Department of Psychology. He teaches courses in elementary psychology, cognitive psychology and sensation & perception. Dr. Klitz's research interests are centered around the topic of reading, a skill that encompasses skill in the areas of both visual and cognitive processing. Dr. Klitz is the faculty mentor for the W&J Women's soccer team.

Family

My wife, Dr. Jane Caldwell, is a Ph.D. in Biophysics from the University of Wisconsin. She is currently running her own Etsy shop selling items for children. My daughter, Erin, despite this particular picture, is full of energy and wears us out!
