Areas of Study
Karin Maresh is an associate professor in the Department of Theatre and Communication. She teaches a variety of courses including theatre history, dramatic literature and acting. Additionally, she directs productions for the W&J Student Theatre Company and her past productions for the company include Lysistrata and Once Upon a Mattress. Dr. Maresh’s primary areas of interest include Irish theatre, particularly the Abbey Theatre in Dublin, Ireland, women and theatre, American theatre and musical theatre.
