Lauryn Mayer is an associate professor in the Department of English. She is particularly interested in medieval literature and working with texts from @800 to 1500 CE. Although she focuses most of her energy in this area, Dr. Mayer also works with neo-noir literature, pulp fiction and detective fiction by women, new Scottish fiction and hypertext literature.
