Transcript key (mid-1980s through current)
Fall 2012 updates to the transcript key:
Subject CIS (Computer and Information Studies)
Grades CR (credit) and NC (no credit); not computed in the GPA
NOTICE: Transcripts will not be released if there is an outstanding balance due to the College. It is the responsibility of the individual to verify their account balance with the Business Office (724-223-6014).
Please note that we cannot FAX or EMAIL transcripts; Federal privacy law requires us to protect the confidentiality of transcripts, and transmission by fax or email is not secure.
Due to increasing security concerns and costs, there is a $10 per transcript fee. Payment is due at the time the request is made. The Business Office can accept payment by cash, check, e-check or credit card.
Current students
To request a transcript, current students are able to use the Online Transcript Request (login and password required), or they may fill out a request form in the Registrar's Office. Click here to pay by credit card or e-check. Current students may view and print unofficial transcripts through WebAdvisor at any time.
Alumni and former students
Former students may fax, email or mail a completed Transcript Request form to:
