Welcome to the Office of Volunteer Programs!
Want to volunteer?!
There are so many ways in which W&J students can get involved in the community! But where to start? Click on our different types of service to learn what's best for you or click Volunteer Now! to tell us about your volunteer interests, and our Office of Volunteer Programs staff will contact you to get you started!
National Service - Many of our students participate in larger scale volunteer opportunities as part of national or state initiatives, were they are volunteering regularly. Sometimes for over 300 hours in a year! The programs include AmeriCorps, America Reads, and Interfaith Youth Corps.
Presidents Service Series - Students can volunteer for one-time events and programs, each celebrating volunteerism and getting students involved in their community in different ways. Some events are a single day, a week long, or spartically thoughtout the year. We offer the Leadership & Service Institute, the First Year Day of Service, MLK Day the W&J Way, and more!
Service Organizations - W&J has numerous ways in which students can get involved in service and leadership through student organizations. Although we have many organizations that have an emphasis in volunteerism, each is unique in its own way! For information on our organizations, click here.
