Registration for Current W&J Students

To view the course listings on WebAdvisor:

  1. Access W&J's WebAdvisor
  2. Click “Students,” then click on "Search for Sections." In the "Term" box, select either "Summer I" or "Summer II"
  3. To see the full listing of courses for your selected term, simply click "Submit." If you wish to refine your search further, you can make additional selections on the screen before clicking "Submit."

W&J students can register for Summer School courses on W&J WebAdvisor in the same way that they register for Fall, JayTerm, and Spring courses. Students are cleared to register for summer courses when they are cleared to register for the following Fall term.

Registration for Visiting Students

Visiting students register using an online form, which is available here.

  • After you complete the online registration form, please pay for your deposit using the Summer School Deposit form.
  • Visiting students should visit the Business Office when they arrive on campus and have a W&J student ID card made. There is no charge for the first ID card. All students are expected to have a student ID card which is required for library and some building access.
  • Visiting students do not need to register their vehicles for parking on campus. Parking is free during the summer for our visiting students in the designated student parking lots.
  • Visiting Students will be provided with a W&J email account. This is the main form of communication for your course, so be sure to check it regularly.
  • Visiting Students may access course offerings through W&J WebAdvisor without a password.
  1. Access W&J's WebAdvisor
  2. Click "Students"
  3. Click on "Search for Sections"
  4. In the "Term" box, select either "Summer I" or "Summer II"

Registration Information for ALL Students

Our registration process has three different windows (described below): Initial Registration, Supplemental Registration and Final Registration.

  • Initial Registration (Deadline: May 1 for Summer I, June I for Summer II): Initial registration will open for all students as soon as the courses are posted online, which is usually no later than early March. Initial registration will continue until May 1 (Summer I) or June 1 (Summer II). Based on registrations at that point, courses will either be guaranteed to run (Green Light), cancelled (Red Light), or continued for Supplemental Registration (Yellow Light). Since student registrations determine which courses will be offered, we strongly encourage students to register before the Initial Registration deadline.
  • Supplemental Registration: The Supplemental Registration period will run until May 15 for Summer I and June 15 for Summer II, at which point the final decision will be made for all Yellow Light courses.
  • Final Registration: Once the final set of courses has been determined, students will be able to register for any of the remaining courses through the add/drop period for that specific Summer term.

NOTE THAT TUITION IN FULL IS DUE NO LATER THAN ONE WEEK PRIOR TO THE START OF CLASSES.  STUDENTS WHO HAVE OUTSTANDING BALANCES AT THAT TIME WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY DISENROLLED AND WILL RECEIVE FULL REIMBURSEMENT (less the $100 deposit) OF ANY PARTIAL PAYMENTS MADE.

PLEASE BE SURE TO CHECK YOUR EMAIL FREQUENTLY FOR UPDATES REGARDING YOUR CLASSES.
