This course is designed to deepen students’ understanding and appreciation of Chinese language and culture through the study of selected masterpieces of Chinese literature. The topic, such as 17^th-century Chinese poetry, the 18^th-century Chinese novel, or Modern Chinese society and culture, vary from year to year and will be published in the preregistration bulletin.
