The Business Office and the Office of Business and Finance are committed to helping students, families, and our employees in all financial matters related to Washington & Jefferson College.
The Business Office serves W&J students, their families, and other offices and departments on campus by answering questions concerning student billing, accepting payments, cashing personal and payroll checks, processing invoices for payment, and by providing financial reports and analysis.
This office is located on the ground floor of Thompson Memorial Hall and is open from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday from August 1 to May 31. During June and July, all administrative offices close at 4 p.m.
The Office of Business and Finance, located on the mezzanine level of Thompson Memorial Hall, houses our Chief Financial Officer, and his administrative assistant.
