The Charles West Fellows program aims to support our African American or Black students in their academic, social, emotional, and professional growth at W&J and beyond. We will accomplish this through activities aimed at building leadership skills, cross-cultural collaboration, and a sense of individual and social identity. Moreover, Charles West Fellows have a support system, consisting of other Fellows, mentors, and program facilitators.
