For many families, securing financial aid to help fund the cost of college is critical. The financial aid process can easily appear overwhelming, especially to those families who are submitting an application for the first time. For this reason, Washington & Jefferson College’s Office of Financial Aid is here to help!
On Tuesday, November 5th, at 6PM, W&J will host a free event where parents and students will learn what they need to do to apply for all types of financial aid. The program will explain how to complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA), which is required to qualify for most student aid programs such as the Pennsylvania State Grant, institutional awards, and low-cost federal student and parent loans.
This is a great opportunity for you to get information about the financial aid process and to ask questions if you have encountered problems completing your FAFSA.
