The Student Health and Counseling Center is located on the ground floor of New Res Hall and is open Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. The center provides basic health services for students as well as counseling services. A College Nurse sees student by appointment and on a walk-on basis. The Washington Hospital (5 minutes away) serves as our campus clinic. While students can go to the full-service clinic at any time, dedicated appointment times are available each afternoon and on some evenings.
A full counseling center is available to students on campus. Appointments can be made in advance and counselors can also see students on a walk in basis. The counseling center also provides educational testing services, health and wellness screenings, group counseling (in additional to individual) and programs and outreach.
For medical emergencies, students should contact Campus & Public Safety, 911, or go to the Washington Hospital.
