LGBTQ History Month

2019 LGBTQ Month schedule of events

LGBTQ+ History Month provides role models, builds community, and makes the civil rights statement about extraordinary national and international contributions. Encompassing a number of historically important days, this October is set to remind both the LGBTQ+ and wider communities of important roles LGBTQ+ people have taken in creating the social, legal, and political worlds we live in today. Throughout October, the Office of Diversity and Inclusion is hosting events in honor of LGBTQ+ History Month. Questions? Contact Sammie Walker at  diversity@washjeff.edu.
