Jessica Craft, M.A.
Visiting Instructor of Spanish
Jessica is a lecturer of Spanish. She taught English abroad for two years and then decided to pursue a Master in Spanish with a focus in second language acquisition at FSU. While at FSU, she taught undergraduate beginning Spanish courses, conducted research, wrote a Master’s thesis on how students acquire different language components while studying abroad in Spain and was active in the department’s chapter of Sigma Delta Pi. In 2015, she moved to Pittsburgh for further graduate study. As a linguistics graduate student at Pitt, she taught undergraduate Spanish language courses and led the Pitt in Cuba study abroad program in 2016 and 2017. Jessica is passionate about education, international exchange, and helping students grow academically and personally.
