Yafeu Rougier joined W&J in the summer of 2020 as a Student Success Consultant. In his role, he helps students maximize their potential in and outside of the classroom through one-on-one mentoring, small group interactions, and workshops. Prior to W&J, Yafeu held roles within admissions and residence life. In his graduate career, he served as a graduate assistant academic coach—providing noteworthy assistance and guidance to students on academic probation, as well as facilitating workshops to combat student-related challenges. Yafeu is a member of Lambda Pi Eta (LPH), the National Communication Association’s official honor society, and is passionate about soccer. He holds a B.A. in communications from Wheeling Jesuit University and an M.A. in organizational leadership from West Liberty University.
