Associate Director of Residence Life
Zack Neil (he/him/his) is a Maryland native who first experienced residence life as a resident assistant at the University of Maryland, Baltimore County, where he received a B.A. in Theatre. After completing his undergraduate degree, Zack attended Western Illinois University, where he received an M.S. in College Student Personnel and worked in an L.G.B.T. Center. Zack has worked at several other institutions including Valparaiso University, Northeastern University, The University at Albany, and Indiana University of Pennsylvania. Zack is excited to help foster a sense of belonging in the W&J residence halls through paraprofessional selection, training, and community-building initiatives, while supervising the professional Residence Life team. Zack is an avid yogi, runner, Pittsburgh explorer, and uncle of two.
