Dear Staff Colleagues,

We hope you are well during this challenging time and finding a positive start to the school year.

You might recall filling out a short survey in the spring, asking about your experiences and perceptions as Washington & Jefferson College responded to COVID-19. You can find a summary of the results here. Now, more than ever, we can learn and support each other in this perplexing time.

We are formally inviting you to discuss the findings from the survey, as well as your current thoughts. We anticipate that we will be sending out a survey later this semester so the thoughts and ideas that you contribute will be incredibly helpful and we shape this future survey.

Please know that we plan to hold two virtual sessions on September 18th at 10 a.m. and September 23rd at 2 p.m. We will be sending out a Zoom link soon. You are welcome to attend one or both sessions. These meetings will not be recorded and any ideas voiced will be noted without names attached. We want this virtual sessions to be a safe place for staff to connect and share. Your voice matters and this dialogue will help strengthen Washington & Jefferson College.

If you have any questions or concerns please do not hesitate to reach out to us.

We hope you will join us!
