What or whom was your favorite class or professor? Why?
Abnormal Psychology with Cathy Petchel. Her class is one of the few classes in which the content is directly applicable. She perfectly combines lecture content with clinical applications, allowing students to practice what they learn repeatedly throughout the semester.
What spot on campus will you return to when you come to visit in the future?
The stairs of Old Main at midnight, with the lights illuminating its towers.
What did you plan to study when you came to W&J and what did you end up studying?
My intended major was neuroscience on the pre-health track. I ended up being a psychology and English major with published neuroscience research.
What advice would you give to incoming or prospective students?
College is about failure and exploration.
